A signal is any intent data point run through your ICP scoring model — 6sense intent events, G2 page views, LinkedIn job postings, or funding news items. Each account that gets re-scored against your ICP model consumes one signal credit.
A sequence launched is one prospect enrolled in one outbound sequence, regardless of how many steps. A 4-step email cadence sent to one prospect = one sequence. Volume is per prospect enrollment, not per email sent.
We don't offer a self-serve free trial at this stage. Instead, we do a 20-minute intro call where we walk through your ICP, stack, and current outbound motion — then propose a Pilot configuration. Talk to Daniel directly.
No. Pipefluence is additive. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Salesloft as existing systems of record. We write enrichment fields, create tasks, and trigger sequences — but your CRM stays your CRM.
No. Pipefluence is not a dialer and does not make outbound calls. Our focus is the signal-to-sequence loop: ICP scoring, intent detection, email and LinkedIn sequence orchestration via Outreach or Salesloft, and AE handoff. If you need a dialer, look at Orum or Kixie — they solve a different problem.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact [email protected] for any tier change.
We don't automatically overage-bill. When you approach your limits (80% usage), we alert you via Slack and email. You can upgrade, or the loop pauses until the next cycle. No surprise bills.
