About Us

We're building the agentic SDR loop we wish existed.

Pipefluence started in San Francisco in 2025. The problem was specific: the gap between a well-defined ICP and an actual running outbound sequence was still a manual, error-prone, 3-day job — and no one had closed it.

Founder Story

Why Daniel built this

Daniel Park spent four years in SDR and RevOps roles at B2B SaaS companies — first as a frontline rep running Outreach cadences, later as an ops lead responsible for ICP scoring models and HubSpot workflow architecture. The pattern he kept seeing: teams would spend weeks on a careful ICP definition, attach a 6sense or Demandbase intent feed, and then hand the output to a two-person SDR team that manually triaged 300 accounts and launched sequences when they got around to it.

The signal work was good. The execution gap was enormous. In early 2025, Daniel stopped trying to fix it with spreadsheets and started building Pipefluence — a system designed specifically to own the loop from ICP score to AE handoff card, without a human touching each middle step.

Pipefluence is not a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It's a task-decomposition engine: ICP filter runs on a configurable schedule, signal events trigger re-scoring, qualifying accounts get matched to sequence templates, Outreach or Salesloft steps are pushed automatically, and when reply patterns match the booked-meeting predictor, the AE gets a context card in Slack. Every stage is auditable. Every stage has a human override.

How We Work

Principles that shape the product

Signal over noise

We filter hard. The job of a good GTM system is to surface the 4 accounts that show real buying signals this week — not flood the Outreach sequence queue with 400 semi-fit contacts.

Composable, not monolithic

Your HubSpot is not our HubSpot. We write to your CRM, push to your sequencing tool, and alert through your Slack. We're not a replacement — we're a layer on top of the stack you've already built.

Human-in-the-loop by default

Agentic doesn't mean uncontrolled. We are not replacing your AEs or your sales judgment. Every stage — ICP scoring, sequence launch, handoff — has a configurable review gate, a pause trigger, or a Slack alert. You keep approval authority at any point.

Angel-funded. Founder-controlled.

Pipefluence raised $400K in angel funding in April 2026 from operators who've run revenue teams themselves. We're intentionally small — three people, one product, one focus. Every customer we take on gets time with the people who built it.

We're talking to revenue teams, not filling a pipeline.
